In this initiatory journey, we will immerse ourselves in the sacred lands of India discovering its spirit through music and culture. We will take a true dimension of the depth of sound, how to use it as a healing tool while we contemplate it in the place where these ancient practices originated.
We’ll travel discovering the spiritual practices of the country’s main religions Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism and Sufism.
JOURNEY TO THE HEART SOUND OF INDIA
During each day we will have classes and ceremonies to nurture us both from the essence of sound, as well as from local traditions and their environment. The itinerary will contemplate moments to explore and enjoy by yourself.
The trip as a moving retreat: In the mornings we will have sound healing and sound yoga classes, in the afternoons we will discover the culture with local teachers and unique experiences.
Where will we go?
For 4 days we will visit this great initiation portal, located at the base of the Himalayas on the banks of the sacred Ganges River known as the capital of Yoga, also here is where almost all the great. world-renowned teachers offer their teachings (Satsangs). Historical site that transformed the career of The Beatles.
During the mornings we will carry out daily sound yoga practices and liberation of the voice guided by Sebas, connecting with our voice as a sacred instrument and creator of our reality.
Entering into Tibetan Buddhism.
The next 4 days our trip will have a turning point, we will explore something completely different: a silent environment deep in the Himalayas, where the Tibetan community is located. We will breathe the pure mountain air at 1,800 meters of altitude. Epicenter of Tibetan Buddhism and current residence of its leader, His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
Here we will trek through the Himalayas visiting holy places, including the Dalai Lama temple. We will have an introductory course to Tibetan meditation and philosophy guided by a local monk and few surprises.
In the morning practices we will discover Sound Healing and Gong therapy with Ariel.
Cradle of Sikhism.
On the fifth day, we will visit the Golden Temple, this great religious center, also the spiritual and cultural potential of the Sikhs, creators of the Kundalini practices.
This special place is directly like inhabiting a mantra, its magical architecture feels like vibrating a prayer. In it we will visit the different corners and experience the Sikh world and its traditions.
One of the great religions that India embraces is Islam, a religion with deeply felt devotional practices and very distinct traditions.
Here we will tour the Red Fort and crown our initiatory journey with a closing concert and singing session together.

Sebastian Cabral is a musician, architect, singing teacher and voice coach. During the last twelve years he has been immersed in the world of singing, meditation and healing, studying different techniques in India and Argentina integrating his passion for singing and awareness techniques. Along the way he found the voice not only as the sense of expression in the world, but also a path of deep self-knowledge.
He share workshops, trainings, retreats and therapies with a focus on the discovery and work of the voice. He works with different tools such as sound yoga, mantra chanting, sound healing, shamanism, mindfulness, meditations, and nonviolent communication.
Ari Honigman is meditation instructor, and hatha yoga teacher accredited by the International Yoga Alliance. His main focus is Sound healing. He is a Gong master and Don Conreaux’s disciple, lineage of Yogi Bhajan grand master.
Ari lived 5 years almost permanently in India, where he deep dived into Buddhism, Hinduism Yoga, meditation and all the main spiritual traditions that the country offers.
Nowadays he teaches sound healing meditation all around the world & organizes retreats and trips to India where he shares in a lovely version of this country, their spiritual traditions, and ancient learnings.
